PRICING PHILOSOPHY
Flat fees only. We never charge a percentage of the vehicle price — that would create an incentive to push pricier cars. Our fees are fixed so our advice is always unbiased. Fees = savings. A client paying $299 for Guided Buy who avoids a $1,500 dealer markup or an overpriced warranty has an immediate, measurable return. Dealer-paid option. On certain transactions, NEABCS may receive a sourcing or referral fee from the dealer — in which case no client fee applies. We'll always disclose this upfront. No pressure, ever. You can stop at any tier. Essentials doesn't obligate you to Guided Buy. We're advisors, not salespeople.
